Help! My order didn't arrive.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. Just let us know within the same day of ordering and we can cancel your order before its shipped. Once order is out for shipment, we can not cancel your order.

I wrote down the wrong address. What should I do?

If you have given us details of an incorrect address, contact us ASAP and we will redirect your order to your address at your cost. No cancellation or refunds are accepted if items are sent to wrong address.
